Recent Films – Drax, Snapper, & The Ritual

I’ve been busy lately – so busy, as you might notice, that I haven’t updated this site for some time… But never fear; it’s update time!

I have finished two short films that I’m very proud of – The Mirror of Samuel Drax, and Tongue of the Red Snapper, and I’m starting the process of submitting both to film festivals. In addition, I’ve just completed principal photography on another short called, “The Ritual,” and it looks like it’s coming together well. Check back right here for updates!

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?

I remember my grandfather Kenyon (aka “Pap”) holding me up to the glass at the hospital so I could look in and see my newborn baby sister, Kate.

Principal photography almost done…

We just finished an amazing, very long shooting weekend for my upcoming short film, The Mirror of Samuel Drax.  The crew worked their butts off, our lead actor, the fantastic Mr. Theodore Martland, really brought the truth, and I think we’re going to have something good on our hands, here.  Just a couple more pickups, and we’ll get rolling into post!

The Mirror of Samuel Drax

Just a couple more weeks until we start shooting “The Mirror of Samuel Drax,” a horror/suspense short I wrote, and I’m pretty damn excited.  We’re going to have some awesome makeup, special effects, and production design by the amazing Mr. Andy Trimlett

We have a great cast and crew onboard with actors Kelly Iverson and Teddy Martland.  Evan Muehlbauer will be our cinematographer.  Check back for updates!
